Twenty-five years around health, twelve in search

I studied Health Promotion at Curtin University and spent years around clinicians before I ever opened a keyword tool. That is why compliance is part of the method here rather than a disclaimer bolted on afterwards.

I have been ranking health, supplement and longevity sites since 2014, first as an affiliate living on my own results and then for clients. In that category a page that ignores the FDA or FTC lines is a liability, so I check the rules first.

Before that

I served in the Australian Army and worked underground in gold mining. Both taught me that a plan you cannot hold someone to is not a plan.

That is where the implementation guarantee comes from. I will not promise what Google does, but I will put in writing what I do and when.

Propelo SEO LLC was formed in Wyoming in April 2026 and works remotely with clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. I designed the methodology and I review every client's strategy myself, with a small team on implementation.

The site is deliberately short on adjectives. If a number is on this site it comes from a client's own dashboard, and if I cannot trace a claim I do not publish it.

What I will not do

• Write outcome-claim testimonials or promise clinical results.
• Name a peptide your pharmacy cannot legally compound.
• Guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or revenue.
• Sell activity by the bucket. Articles per month is not a strategy.
