What $9,000 over 90 days actually buys
Everything below is scoped in the proposal with real quantities. I do not promise an unrestricted volume of content, links, development or CRO, because that promise is how agencies fail.
The objective is a search acquisition system you own: commercial pages that rank and convert, the trust layer that lets Google and AI models rely on them, and the measurement to prove which page produced which lead.
An illustrative first month is access and measurement validation, a prioritised backlog, and the highest-value fixes or page rebuilds shipped. The proposal names the actual items.
Search strategy and prioritisation
Which queries, which pages, in which order, decided from the data rather than a template.
Commercial page creation and rebuilds
The pages that book consultations or sell product, written to rank and to convert.
SEO and AI search optimisation
On-page, entity, schema and answer-first structure so Google and the answer engines can both use the page.
Entity and trust layer
Author, organisation, credential and sourcing signals that a quality rater or a model would look for.
Technical fixes within agreed scope
Indexation, canonicals, speed and crawl issues that block the commercial pages.
Supporting content
Only the content the commercial pages need to rank, not a blog quota.
Authority, citation and link campaign
Earned placements and citations managed for you, no paid links, no PBNs.
Conversion and tracking
Form, call and booking events wired so leads are attributed to the pages that produced them.
Monthly strategy review and weekly updates
One decision meeting a month, one written update a week.
Day-30 Milestone Contract
The first month's deliverables and acceptance criteria, written down before you pay and attached to the guarantee. Answers: will they actually do the work.
Compliance Language Review
Every commercial page checked against FDA compounding, FTC health-claim and state advertising rules before it goes live, then flagged for your pharmacist or counsel to sign off. Answers: will this get us in trouble.
Lead Attribution Setup
GA4 and call tracking configured so you can see which page produced which enquiry. Answers: how will I know it worked.
Blueprint or straight to the Sprint?
The check usually answers this. Here is the rule I use.
| Situation | Route | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Several properties, unclear priorities, past agencies left a mess | Blueprint first | Discovery is real work and deserves its own deliverable and readout. |
| One site, obvious commercial gap, access ready | Sprint directly | Discovery would repeat what the check already showed. Paying for it twice helps nobody. |
| Want the map but not ready to build | Blueprint only | You keep the roadmap and can run it in-house. No credit, no obligation. |
| Need a document to justify the spend internally | Blueprint first | The readout is written for a partner, owner or board who did not sit on the calls. |
| Multi-location or aggressive authority programme | Sprint, then scoped Retainer | Bigger scope goes into the Retainer at $4,000 to $5,000 plus, not into a cheaper package. |
The 30-Day Implementation Guarantee
Before a Sprint starts, we agree the first 30 days of implementation milestones and acceptance criteria in writing. If I miss an agreed milestone for a reason inside my control, the management fee stops accruing from Day 31 until that work is complete, and I keep working on it.
Prepaid fees are credited pro rata against the next invoice, or refunded if there is no next invoice. Delays from missing access, late approvals, scope changes or third parties move the dates by agreement, and the milestone document names who signs off on each item.
This guarantee covers what I do. It does not promise rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or revenue.
Other ways I have worked with clients
Earlier services still exist for the clients on them. They are not the way in any more, and I do not recommend starting there.
- Site health and fixes, a monthly crawl-and-fix plan.
- Natural linking build, an editorial link asset.
- How much does SEO cost, the industry ranges explained.
Questions I get asked first
Is the Blueprint credited against the Sprint?
No. They are priced separately and Blueprint plus Sprint is $10,497. I say that before you buy so there is no surprise, and I do not charge twice for discovery already done.
Can I go straight to the Sprint?
Yes, when priorities, access and scope are already clear. The free AI visibility check usually tells us which route makes sense.
What is not included in the Sprint?
Unlimited content or links, a full site rebuild, digital PR campaigns, multi-location rollouts, international SEO, paid media and reputation management. Those are scoped separately when an account needs them.
What happens after 90 days?
If the economics justify it, we move to the Retainer. If they do not, you keep everything that was built and we stop.
Do you work with multi-location or larger brands?
Yes. A two-location clinic fits inside a standard Sprint, and larger multi-location or ecommerce accounts scope the Retainer up to $4,000 to $5,000 a month rather than a cheaper package that cannot do the job.
Currency and payment terms?
US dollars, invoiced monthly in advance for the Sprint and Retainer, with taxes stated on the invoice. The Blueprint is paid once at the start.

Five checks a week, three business days, one honest recommendation. No card, no pitch deck.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Rankings and leads are not guaranteed. The work is.
