Build the system that brings patients in.
Not a bucket of links and articles.
Three months at $3,000 a month: commercial pages built, trust layer fixed, AI search structure in place, authority earned and every lead attributed. Milestones agreed in writing before you pay.

A search acquisition system you own
Not rankings for their own sake. Pages that book consultations or sell product, the trust signals that let Google and AI models rely on them, and the tracking that shows which page produced which lead.
Most agencies sell activity: articles per month, links per month. Activity is easy to invoice and impossible to hold accountable.
The Sprint sells a build. The proposal names the pages, the fixes and the quantities, and the Day-30 milestone contract is what the guarantee attaches to.
Search strategy and prioritisation
Which queries, which pages, in which order, decided from the data rather than a template.
Commercial page creation and rebuilds
The pages that book consultations or sell product, written to rank and to convert.
SEO and AI search optimisation
On-page, entity, schema and answer-first structure so Google and the answer engines can both use the page.
Entity and trust layer
Author, organisation, credential and sourcing signals that a quality rater or a model would look for.
Technical fixes within agreed scope
Indexation, canonicals, speed and crawl issues that block the commercial pages.
Supporting content
Only the content the commercial pages need to rank, not a blog quota.
Authority, citation and link campaign
Earned placements and citations managed for you, no paid links, no PBNs.
Conversion and tracking
Form, call and booking events wired so leads are attributed to the pages that produced them.
Monthly strategy review and weekly updates
One decision meeting a month, one written update a week.
Written into the scope, not implied
Day-30 Milestone Contract
The first month's deliverables and acceptance criteria, written down before you pay and attached to the guarantee.
Answers: will they actually do the work.
Compliance Language Review
Every commercial page checked against FDA compounding, FTC health-claim and state advertising rules before it goes live, then flagged for your pharmacist or counsel to sign off.
Answers: will this get us in trouble.
Lead Attribution Setup
GA4 and call tracking configured so you can see which page produced which enquiry.
Answers: how will I know it worked.
What a Sprint looks like, month by month
Illustrative. The proposal names the actual items and quantities for your site.
Foundation
Access and measurement validated, prioritised backlog agreed, the highest-value fixes shipped, the first commercial page rebuilt. These are the Day-30 milestones.
Build
Remaining commercial pages, entity and trust layer, internal linking, supporting content, first authority placements.
Prove
Citation and link campaign running, conversion fixes from live data, attribution reporting, and the decision on whether a Retainer is justified.
The 30-Day Implementation Guarantee
Before a Sprint starts, we agree the first 30 days of implementation milestones and acceptance criteria in writing. If I miss an agreed milestone for a reason inside my control, the management fee stops accruing from Day 31 until that work is complete, and I keep working on it.
Prepaid fees are credited pro rata against the next invoice, or refunded if there is no next invoice. Delays from missing access, late approvals, scope changes or third parties move the dates by agreement, and the milestone document names who signs off on each item.
This guarantee covers what I do. It does not promise rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or revenue.
What the Sprint does not include
Saying this up front is cheaper than discovering it in month two.
- Unlimited content, links, development or conversion work. Quantities are in the proposal.
- A full website rebuild, digital PR campaigns, multi-location rollouts or international SEO. These are scoped as add-ons when the account needs them.
- Paid media, reputation management, or anything that promises a clinical outcome.
- Guaranteed rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or revenue.
Questions I get asked first
Why 90 days minimum?
Building commercial pages, earning the trust signals and getting them indexed and measured usually takes about a quarter. Anything shorter is a project, not a system.
What is in the Day-30 milestone contract?
The specific items due in the first thirty days with acceptance criteria: typically access and measurement validation, the prioritised backlog, and named fixes or page rebuilds shipped. It is written before you pay.
What if you miss a milestone?
If the cause is inside my control, the management fee stops accruing from Day 31 until the work is done, and I keep working. Prepaid fees are credited pro rata.
What is excluded?
Unlimited content or links, a full site rebuild, paid media, reputation management and international SEO. These are scoped separately when an account needs them.
What does the weekly update look like?
One written note: what shipped, what is next, what I need from you. The monthly review is a call with the data.
What happens on Day 91?
Either the Retainer, scoped from the results, or we stop and you keep everything built. No auto-renewal.
Ready to build? Start with the check.
If the scope is already clear I will say so and we go straight to a Sprint proposal. If it is not, I will say that too.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Rankings and leads are not guaranteed. The work is.
